Maybe you’re feeling like you don’t want to spend one more dollar this month. I totally get it. I very rarely buy things just for fun, but in the last month, I either bought or received four really fun, really inexpensive things I’m enjoying so much that I had to share. And if you don’t feel like shopping for yourself, these would also make fail-proof gifts for hard-to-shop-for friends.
Bella Holiday Cedar & Juniper candle. I already burned this baby for 50 hours, so I need a new one. It smells like a real tree, not a fake-real tree, if you know what I mean. Get it at Target.
Bath & Body Works Twisted Peppermint body lotion. I have never been so addicted to a scented lotion before. It’s totally fresh but not so peppermint-y that you’ll smell like a candy cane. I can’t get enough of this one, and the scent lasts and lasts on my skin. And it looks like the company is running a “buy three, get three free” promotion now.
Boomchickapop White Chocolate and Peppermint Holidrizzle Flavored Kettle Corn (that’s a mouthful!). Don’t even look at the nutrition facts on this one. The serving size is 1.25 cups, but I ate everything except the crumbs in one sitting.
Stephen’s Gourmet Mexican Chocolate. I’ve never been a fan of rich, sweet drinks, but I’ve been sipping this stuff almost every night. It has just the right amount of cinnamon, and it’s great topped with a handful of marshmallows. You can get it at Walmart. Yum! •
